Darlin' comes all the way from Mississippi! Her parents were both goldendoodles, but she carries just the PERFECT genes to result in an unfurnished goldendoodle. A Unfurnished Goldendoodle (or a smooth/flat-coated goldendoodle) is a rare outcome of two goldendoodles carrying the necessary genes from the golden retriever to result in a smooth/flat/unfurnished coat. Because of this, the Unfurnished Goldendoodle doesn't carry any of the signature traits of a classic doodle (no beard, mustache, curly fur, etc.). 

This girl has been Embark tested, and she is 74.2% Golden Retriever and 25.8% poodle. She weights 35 lbs, and carries the lower shedding CT gene. She also carries 7/10 red genes, resulting in dark gold to red pups depending on who the dad is. Darlin' carries one copy of Copper Toxicosis and Ichthyosis, both of which won't be passed on to her puppies or result in any issues throughout her life. These two variants don't affect dogs, and are more often used for research information that you can share with you vet rather than a health condition. 

Darlin' is just what her name is - darling! She has the best situational awareness out of all my dogs, and knows just what your mood is just by listening to your voice. She thrives off of people's attention and soaks up every moment of cuddles, snuggles, and kisses. She loves to play outside for hours if you let her, running laps around the yard and playing tag with the other dogs. In training, she's very petting-motivated, so the more loves and snuggles you give her, the better she'll do! She's alos very quick to learn what's expected of her, what boundaries and parameters we set for her, and what we ask for specifically when training her. She's a trooper through and through!

Darlin' is a goldendoodle, a mix of golden retriever and poodle that combines the best of both breeds into one perfect little package. She has the intelligence, smaller size, and lower-shedding coat of the poodle, along with the loyal, friendly nature of the golden retriever.

Her coat is dark red and she has the fluffy fur and feathering you’d expect from a golden retriever. She carries intense black pigment around her eyes, nose, and paws, but it doesn't stop there. Her whole belly, face, and back is all black under that red coat, resulting in some very intense black coloring that we how she'll pass on to her pups! She has big brown eyes that just see your soul whenever she looks at you, and the happiest and brightest expression when she gets your attention! 

She’s a medium-sized dog—bigger than a toy golden retriever but smaller than a typical field-bred golden, weighing in at 35 lbs. With her beautiful dark red coloring, fantastic genetics, and exceptional insight, Darlin' is a great fit for our miniature golden retriever program!
