**Darlin had her ultrasounds on 5/6/26, and we saw about six pups, though she may end up having more or less than that **
We are only planning on doing one litter with Darlin', and we've decided to use our awesome stud Teddy for this litter! This will be our smallest and reddest miniature golden retriever litter we've ever produced, with all the puppies being a deep mahogany red with big dark brown eyes, black eyeliner/paws/noses, and low-shedding coats. 50% of these puppies will have TT low-shedding, and 50% will have moderate shedding coats. Because of Teddy's curly coat, roughly 50% of these puppies will be curly, adorable little goldendoodles while the other 50% will be Unfurnished Goldendoodles like our mommas Darlin, Aspen, and Londyn. Even though they'll be goldendoodles, they'll carry the perfect blend of genes to result in an unfurnished goldendoodle. A Unfurnished Goldendoodle (or a smooth/flat-coated goldendoodle) is a rare outcome of two goldendoodles carrying the necessary genes from the golden retriever to result in a smooth/flat/unfurnished coat. Because of this, the Unfurnished Goldendoodle doesn't carry any of the signature traits of a classic doodle (no beard, mustache, curly fur, etc.).
Their puppies will grow to be about 20-28 LBS FULL GROWN, so if you're looking for an ultra-mini golden retriever, these guys' puppies will be just your speed! Darlin and Teddy's litter will be bred in the beginning of April, with puppies expected around the beginning of June, and going home at the beginning of August - just the perfect time to get a puppy after all the summer vacations!

Sadly, we are only going to be doing one more litter with our darling Aspen girl! But this one will be a personal favorite because we are going to do a dark, mahogany red litter! If you've been eyeing this girl's stunning color and you want a puppy that looks just like her, then this is your opportunity. We are planning on using Big Hearted Breeder's stud, Gus! He carries the genes for intense red puppies with almost no genetic health issues, which we love! Their puppies will have a 50-50% chance of inheriting either low shedding (TT) or seasonal shedding (CT) which are both lower forms of shedding than the average purebred. Whether you like fully, beautiful, feathered coats or flat, smooth, allergy-friendly coats, these puppies will have it! They will also be between 35 and 45 lbs full grown - in that sweet, perfect size for any and every lifestyle! We think these puppies will be ready to go home in the fall or around that time.
